Karen insisted that she get me some flowers for Mother's Day so Shawn picked some up in Lethbridge on Saturday. Saturday night Shawn and I went into Lethbridge to the movie (Yes, you heard that right...our first date in years). The flowers were hidden in Jazy's car...Shawn told Jazy to get the flowers out of the car and put them in the downstairs fridge so they wouldn't freeze outside. Jazy wasn't really paying attention to her dad's instructions so instead of putting the flowers in the fridge she put them into the freezer...where they did freeze. Notice the frost on the petals.
...after an hour.
...that night...notice the brown stems...they were rotting and stunk.
